Terms of Service
Terms governing the purchase and use of VEYDOIT digital services.
Service scope
VEYDOIT structures user-supplied facts, evidence and timelines and prepares communications, claims, escalations or case reviews. It is not a law firm, does not represent users and does not guarantee third-party outcomes.
Contract and price
The contract is formed when the user selects a service, provides the required information, accepts the applicable terms and completes payment. The price and deliverable shown before payment apply to the order.
User obligations
Users must provide accurate, relevant and lawful information, upload only material they may lawfully use, avoid fraudulent or unlawful use and review every output before using it.
Digital delivery and AI
The service is delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Some steps use AI. Names, dates, amounts, legal references, recipients and attachments should be checked before use.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. VEYDOIT receives the payment status needed to process the order and does not require full card details.
Liability and third parties
VEYDOIT is responsible within applicable law for the purchased service, but not for decisions by airlines, merchants, banks, authorities or other third parties, nor for errors caused by incorrect user-supplied information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Law and disputes
Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and applicable ADR rules remain unaffected.
