Data we process
Identity and contact data, case information, uploaded documents, order and payment status, support history and technical/security data. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the requested service, perform the contract, manage payments and support, comply with legal and tax obligations, prevent abuse and secure the service. Consent is used where required for optional tracking or marketing.
Documents and sensitive data
Upload only information necessary for the case and redact irrelevant information where possible. Special-category data is processed only where necessary and a lawful basis applies.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, database, email, payment, security and AI providers may process data on our behalf. Where required, transfers outside the EEA use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Case data is kept only as long as needed for delivery, support, disputes and security. Administrative and tax records are kept for statutory periods.
